Exercise Trailer Guidelines

Pemberton Valley Seniors Society and Lions Villa Trailer Guidelines updated 2012

Before using this activity space, you need to sign up as a MEMBER of the Pemberton Valley Seniors Society, currently $10 annual dues are collected. [ Forms available at the trailer]  Everyone must be accompanied by at least one person for safety, and ensure that the cell phone is turned on, while using the space and all gym users must sign a medical history form and a waiver.

Guidelines for health, safety and security:

  • Please wash your hands and use the sanitizer before getting started. This will reduce everyone's risk of illness!
  • No outside shoes are allowed and no socked feet. This is both for safety and cleanliness.
  • The thermometer should be kept at 15º in the winter time, and 5º in the summer time. 
  • Ensure that there is no equipment touching any of the heaters, eg. balls, mats, etc. This is a serious fire hazard!!!
  • After exercising, all of the equipment you used should be wiped with sanitizer, and turned off.
  • Lights should be turned off and the window coverings should be closed when you leave and be sure to secure the door by pressing the centre locking button on the keypad.

Note:  If exercising outside of the scheduled class times (Tuesdays / Thursdays 10:30 to 11:30 pm)  a monthly fee of $15 is required in advance, to receive your code for the front door.  This includes one session with the fitness trainer to show you have to take care of and use the equipment safely.

You must sign & date the log book every time you use the trailer.
