Annual General Meeting - Wednesday, April 22

Special Resolution: (needs a 2/3rd majority vote to pass)

It is hereby resolved that the P.V.S.S. Board shall comprise five or more elected members one of whom shall be a participant in and specifically represent the Men's Shed/Tool Library.

We look forward to a short meeting with lots of time for socializing over lunch.
