Pemberton Valley Seniors Society is a social club run by volunteers with no connections to housing or social services in Pemberton. However, as a service to seniors seeking information about renting at the Pemberton Lions Villas on Flint Street below is information provided to us by the current Housing Administrator.
“If someone is interested in moving into the Pemberton Lions Villas, they must first apply with BC Housing. Once they are approved they will receive a file number. At that time, they can provide their waitlist information via email to pembertonlionsvilla@gmail.com. Rent is based on 30% of gross income. To be eligible to rent at the Villas, applicants gross income may not exceed $77,000.00 per year and they can have no more that $100,000 in assets.To begin filing an application to reside at the Lions Villas, a project subsidized by B.C. Housing, login to their website and add your name to the waiting list for Pemberton: Home / Housing Assistance / Rental Housing / Subsidized Housing.
