Lions and the Library services to Seniors
They will start with step one and
move forward from there. The first step is to email and phone
the Seniors in the area and find out who would be interested in
this service. The second step is to list those
interested. The third step is to find out who needs a library
card. They will create a spreadsheet to keep track of the
information. The fourth step will be to take orders either
based on specific requests or a surprise pack based on
interest. Next, the library will check out the
resources. Lastly, the volunteer from Lions will pick up and
deliver the request. The library can support phone support
for those with tablets and want to access
Ebooks.
