Tuesday January 14th                                     Meditation

Learn the practice of Meditation at The REC on Tuesday January 14th at 12pm. This session is open to all 50+ community members and aims to increase physical relaxation. Meditation is a wonderful way to improve your mental and physical health through stress reduction, in addition to improving memory, sense of self, and empathy. Stay afterwards to socialise and warm up inside with a hot bowl of complimentary soup. No registration required.

 

Friday January 24th                                                          Karaoke

Have fun and share some laughs at this 50+ Karaoke session. Join John at 1pm on Friday January 24th at The REC. All abilities and spectators welcome.
