Our picnic in the park last month was
such a success that the PVSS board has decided to repeat the
event.

need to give the Supermarket enough notice of the numbers of
sandwiches to prepare)

to Maddy for continuing to coordinate online classes for the 50+
group. Hope you will join in the fun.
Online 50+Strength
Training
Tuesdays at 10:45am. Starts - August 11th - August 25thThis free 50+ adult progressive strength training exercise class is designed to increase strength, flexibility, range of motion, mobility, gait and balance. The class will be 45 minutes long and the exercises will be performed in chairs (option to stand) with weights, elastic bands or just your body weight. August 6th - 27thThis is a free, soft, gentle 50+ Chair Yoga class where breath, movement & meditation are all combined. With your eyes half or fully closed you will focus on bending, stretching & folding using your breath to relax & release tension, calm your mind & restore your energy. This is a peaceful calming class interlaced with laughter.
